Introduction

MRM Building Solutions is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Assistant to be base in Thika Service Centre. The candidate must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate high integrity and professional ethics and make decisions on the role in a prudent manner.
The person holding this position is expected to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Management or any related course
1 year relevant working experience
Computer Literacy
Good Communication, Analytical, Interpersonal and Problem Solving Skills
Knowledge in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills

Probing Skills
Analytical Skills
Interpersonal Skills
Team work ability and Interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work for long hours as and when required
Ability to work under high pressure situations
