Job Description
Processing new sales leads
Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
Monitoring customer accounts
Cold calling customers and following up
Scheduling meetings between sale representatives and customers
Maintaining all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
Any other duties as instructed
Minimal Requirements
Good customer care skills
Good written and verbal English
An ability to work independently and as a team
Good administrative skills
Quick to learn
At least one year experience in sales, customer service or aftersales service
An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
