We wish to hire a customer service agent to work at our clients location. The Client Location is Nairobi Industrial Area. The Customer service Agent should be residing or able to access the location with ease.
The candidates should have:
Diploma and/or Degree in relevant field
Should have 0-2years experience in call centre role
Should be able to attend work neatly dressed in official wear
Should be neat and tidy
Should be extremely panctual in work attendance
Should be fully committed to the role and should not be employed elsewhere
Should be able to start immediately
Please strictly note this is entry level role , we do not wish to have over qualified candidates
Should be willing to attend a maximum of 2 pysical interviews at the client location in Industrial Area
