Job Description

Responsible for overall operation of Jumia and Kilimall Shop.
Reply the emails of our customers and partners.
Respond to the live chats message of our E-commerce site.
Follow up the fulfillment of orders.
Help to solve the after sale problems.
Operate the social media platform such as Facebook, X-club and so on.Reply  the comments and interact with our fans online.
Planning and implementation of online activities such as the buying and gift, flashing deals and more activities like that.
Complete other tasks assigned by the boss
Working time would be 9 am to 7:30 pm. Must accept work overtime. Interviewee who did not accept working extra ours can not suit to this position

Key Competencies:

Having working experience in the E-commerce platform company (Jumia or Kilimall) is a must.
Have photo designing skills(proficient in using Photoshop) and video casting skills would be preferred.
Accepting working overtime in the evening will be a big plus
Fluent in spoken and written Swahili, and English. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, computer operation and experienced with Excel formulas is an advantage.
Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.

Experience Skills

Degree holder in any discipline.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in English and Swahili.
