Our client, a leading Manufacturing Company, is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor is to retain and selectively grow transactional customers.
This will be achieved through providing responsive support for all inbound sales enquiries and proactively executing outbound sales campaigns
Primary Purpose of Role:
Handle Inbound Customer’s sales enquiries for all customer personas, routing the enquiries to the appropriate sales channel e.g., field sales, internal sales
Success means:
Timely answer specific customer’s queries verbally or in writing – related to either price, availability, lead time, etc, qualifying the customer need prior quoting and only quoting once the requirement is known. Identify what the customer’s pain is
Qualify and quantify the opportunities
Provide effective redirection of customer’s queries to other members of the Sales team
Ethically achieve Sales Growth Targets and Retention.
Success means:
Achieve, or exceed, Sales Targets
Reduce customer churn through routine and regular customer contact, ensuring each transactional customer is contacted at least once a year
