Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Experience Associate at our headquarters in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience in the water or environmental industry is a plus
Fluency in English and Swahili
On-call duty- The position may involve on-call duty during nights and weekends
