We’re seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join our vibrant team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of our customer service operations, managing interactions to ensure every customer walks away satisfied.
Minimum job requirements;
For appointment to this position, one must possess;
A Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-Related Field or its equivalent.
At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service.
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Business Development acumen.
