Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Provide support and guidance on property listings
Coordinate with agents to assist clients

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Business, Communication, Customer Service, or a related field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience in customer service (real estate is a plus) .
Tech-savvy with good organizational skills
Close proximity to Thika Road
