Job Level: Entry level
Primary purpose: To deliver exceptional Customer Service to customers in line with iSON BPO customer experience metrics.
Qualifications, work experience and attributes:
Minimum of diploma
Excellent telephone etiquette
Calm disposition and customer service orientation
Above average typing speed and computer knowledge
Displays a positive attitude
Ability to remain positive and energetic throughout a work day.
6 months to 1 year of work experience
Must be flexible to work any shift (day or night); weekends and public holidays
