Position Summary:
This position is based in Nairobi and covers Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan.
The Cross Sell Manager is a key function in the sales organization responsible for ecommerce, cross sell and value-added products/services throughout the cluster and works collaboratively with the commercial team to drive uptake of the various products under this head. He or She is expected to be an expert of the non-maritime products and offers the support required by the customers in scope in relation to these products.
The Cross Sell Manager will be required to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including customers) to enable him/her gain a good understanding of the dynamics of the market.
The Cluster Cross Sell Manager reports to the Cluster Chief Commercial Officer.
