Details:
The Crop Care Supervisor is involved in executing trials across irrigation, fertigation, as well as pest and disease programs. You will be responsible for managing the day to day labour and site operational needs as well as ensuring crop health and monitoring is maintained on a daily basis.

Certificate, Diploma or Bachelors of Science in Agriculture/Horticulture.
Experience in Berries/Soft Fruit growing
Excellent attention to detail – ability to identify/ report pests and diseases.
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Team player who creates top down working relationship with general workers and management.
Good communication skills
Good analytical and time management skills
Able to work 6 full days per week
