Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented advantage pro with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM to join our team. In this role, you will support the Operations and Sales team by creating and managing Zoho CRM configurations. You will be responsible for gathering requirements and collaborating with teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions across multiple systems, while also supporting the Operations team in future product development and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and optimize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and integrations to support business objectives.
Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality and reliability.
Stay updated on Zoho CRM capabilities, updates, and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for customizations and enhancements across multiple platforms and systems.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product updates.
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for processes.
Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining a well-organized product backlog.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, including configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
Solid understanding of product management principles, Agile methodologies, and software development lifecycles.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
