Responsibilities
Provide direct and individualized nursing care to critically ill patients based on the applying nursing process.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing changes that may require intervention.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
Diploma in Community Health Nursing from recognized institution KRCHN,
KRM, KRN or BSc in Nursing
K.C.S.E C Plain and above
ACLS & BLS certifications from a recognized institution
Certificate in Computer applications
Valid practice license & registered with Nursing Council of Kenya
Minimum three years and above of working experience in a busy hospital
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills.
Team player & Self motivated
Able to multitask without losing quality of work
Strong and pleasant personality
