Degree in business related course & CPA K is required. Diploma in credit management an added advantage.
Competency in accounting packages.
Minimum 5 years experience in credit control.
The ability to work in a team as well as individually.
Sound decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
The ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
