Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Director at Socialmeds Digital Limited. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing creative direction, strategy, branding, art direction, and graphic design projects. This role is primarily based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Multidisciplinary Expertise: proven experience in copywriting/graphic design/video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating mastery in at least one area and familiarity with the others
Strategic Leadership: ability to guide creative direction across departments, unify the vision, and lead cross-functional teams in producing cohesive, impactful work
Growth and Innovation Focus: a passion for exploring new markets, formats, and digital trends, with the ability to spot fresh opportunities and implement them effectively
Results-Driven Mindset: track record of leading projects that deliver measurable results, whether in brand reach, engagement, or revenue
Digital Marketing Experience: experience within the Digital Marketing space, either as a Creative Director or a related role
Kindly state any relevant experience in Creative Direction and metrics of success achieved. You will work closely with the CEO and Art Director to drive creativity and growth for the agency.
