County Relationship Officer (CRO) Auditor, Shariah/Operations

Job Description
New Business Growth

Prospect for potential new clients in order to increase business through recruitment of 
new customers / members for all product lines within the assigned county.
Continuous calls / visits as appropriate within the assigned region to ensure a robust 
pipeline of opportunities for all our products and services. 
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging on our networks.
Work with the Branch Manager and various company stakeholder teams to develop 
proposals that address our sponsors and members needs.
Develop work plans for the assigned area by identifying the business pipelines to be pursued in a given period.
Present an image that mirrors that of the client and our brand.

Client Retention

Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Continuously keep customers updated on our operations, product offering and services,
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Organize and participate on all member education programs in the assigned region.

Business Development Planning

Attend regional functions, sponsor events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and competitor trends.
Gather information on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
dentify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

Management & performance reporting

Submit weekly progress reports to the Branch Manager and the Branch Network 
Manager.
Participate in the sales target focus and ensure the assigned targets are met.
Work with all stakeholders to ensure that projects are fulfilled within a timely manner.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Must be a degree level holder or equivalent with some business qualifications or understanding of financial planning.
Understanding of financial services sector, social security and pension’s management with a minimum of 1 year
Excellent networking and customer service skills.
Interpersonal, networking, team working, written and verbal communications skills.
Self driven with a record for delivering customer growth targets. 
Computer skills are a must.
