Are you a numbers-driven professional with a passion for optimizing costs and driving efficiency? We’re looking for Cost Controllers to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring our production processes are both cost-effective and profitable.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to identify savings and improve profitability.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and detailed cost reports to guide decision-making.
Collaborate with production, finance, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Conduct audits, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic business goals.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA 4 and above.
Experience: 2-3yrs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in inventory and stock management.
Ability to interpret and analyze sales and production data.
Knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies.
Proficiency in using POS, ERP systems and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
