The Corporate Trainer and Workshop Coordinator will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs to meet the unique needs of the clients and coordinating and organizing workshops to ensure a seamless and enriching learning experience for participants. The trainer should also be able to research and identify new business opportunities in the market.
Responsibilities
Training Program Development and Delivery:
Design and develop training programs that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences.
Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant content into training programs.
Client Engagement:
Work closely with clients to understand their training needs and customize programs accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to promote training programs and provide subject matter expertise during client discussions.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities through client interactions.
Workshop Coordination:
Plan, organize, and coordinate workshops, ensuring all logistical elements are in place for a successful event.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate the smooth execution of workshops.
Evaluation and Feedback:
Conduct post-training evaluations to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of programs.
Use feedback to continuously improve and enhance training content and delivery methods.
Qualification & Experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years, experience as a corporate trainer, with expertise in delivering a variety of Business training programs.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
Sales experience and a strong willingness to collaborate with the sales team to promote training programs.
