Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the credit management process, ensuring timely collections, minimizing bad debt exposure, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Develops and enforces credit policies, evaluates customer creditworthiness, and approves or declines credit applications based on established criteria. Monitors accounts receivable aging, identifies delinquent accounts, and implements collection strategies to reduce overdue balances. Collaborates with sales, finance, and customer service teams to align credit decisions with business objectives while mitigating financial risk. Maintains accurate records, generates credit reports, and provides insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Evaluate loan applications by analyzing customer requirements, conducting financial assessments, and performing required due diligence, which includes on-site visits and reference verifications.
