Coordinator Mombasa Regional Office Coordinator Finance and Administration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic planning, budgeting, and managing the legal aid program. Fundraising and building partnerships to enhance access to justice. Overseeing legal services, including client support, litigation, and pro-bono advocate networks.
Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on program performance. Team leadership and capacity building.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree; Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (current practicing certificate).
Minimum 5 years as an Advocate and 4 years in legal and human rights management.
Advantage: Master’s degree, knowledge of land and labor issues, and experience in civil society organizations.

SKILLS

Proactive leadership, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and a valid driving license.
