Coordination and Internal Communications Manager East Africa Operations Director Trips Administration Coordinator

The position is based out of ME to WE’s office in Nairobi, Kenya with frequent travel to the Mara region in Kenya, as well as Tanzania.
Key Competencies Required
Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline
MINIMUM Five (5) years in a progressive in Communication /PR.
Good communication skills and Leadership skills
Strong willed, Mature with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent Planning, organizing, results and quality oriented analytical thinking.
Responsibilities (Summary):
Trip logistics, coordination and execution
Risk Management
Program Management
Management / Leadership
Guest Experience
Act as a strong ambassador for WE Charity in East Africa, with expert knowledge on the projects in country
Occasionally facilitate trips during the shoulder season, especially high profile
