Responsibilities
Cooking and serving food to clients
Responsible for maintenance of personal hygiene and general cleanliness
Preparation, production and service of food
Receiving foodstuffs from the cateress
Maintaining high standards of hygiene in the catering premises and its environs
Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed
Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
The applicants must have:
Certificate in food and beverage/equivalent
Have experience of at least 6 months in a busy institution
