Cook Food & Beverage Manager

Cook Jobs Responsibilities 
At the start of each shift check that daily list is complete and sufficient
Inform Kitchen Supervisor immediately of any shortages
Use our Standard Recipe Card for preparing all products
Portion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food supplies
Prepare item for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning or marinating
Prepare a variety of cuisines in different method
Assumes 100% responsibility for quality and presentation of food served
Communicate with service staff
Understand and comply consistently with the standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
Requirements for the Cook Jobs
1-3 years’ experience as a cook
College education in F& B
Creative with good initiatives
Flexible to work in alternate shifts
Good communication skills
Presentable with excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of preparing various cuisines
