Key Deliverables
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Acting as a primary point of contact with clients to facilitate and expedite the review and negotiation of assigned contracts
Identifying and analyzing key legal, compliance, and business issues in contract drafting and negotiations
Developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with the company policy
Managing and organizing contracts within the document management system
Assisting with the continuous improvement relating to development and maintenance of standard contract terms and templates as well as contract management tools
Ensuring the signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness interpretation to support implementation.
Provide redlined recommendations directly with the client’s attorneys or purchasing staff until a consensus is reached.
Monitoring completion, customer satisfaction with the company terms, and recommending changes.
Providing guidance on contract matters to project managers and other operational staff
Responding to any inquiries regarding contracts
Minimum Qualifications
Must have a Law Degree
Must be a licensed attorney
Previous 5 years of experience working with real estate contract law.
