Content Creator (Instagram & TikTok) Sales Representative – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging, high-quality content daily for both Instagram and TikTok.
Document all spa services and activities throughout the day for content purposes.
Post a minimum of 3 times a day across social platforms (Reels, Stories, and short-form videos).
Respond promptly to inquiries on all social media platforms.
Drive growth on social media by increasing sales, followers, and overall engagement.
Develop and implement a weekly strategy to boost online sales and lead generation.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and effective content production.
Engage with clients to capture content for promotional and creative purposes.
Strategize and implement Facebook marketing activities alongside other platforms.
Host live video sessions 3 times daily (morning, afternoon, and evening) on Instagram and TikTok.
Stay updated on trends in the beauty industry and align content with current market demands.
Keep up with trending songs, videos, challenges, and other viral content on Instagram and TikTok.

Key Performance Targets:

Achieve 15 new followers per day on TikTok (targets will be reviewed as growth progresses).
Unlimited follower growth on Instagram, supported by financial boosts.
Host 3 creative live sessions per day on Instagram and TikTok.
Foster active engagement through direct messages, comments, and likes.
Maintain a minimum of 3 posts per day on both Instagram and TikTok.
Drive at least 3 external client interactions per day through marketing activities outside the spa.
Distribute marketing materials, including flyers, to promote the spa’s services.
