Mission for the role:

To create and deliver award winning, creative, and engaging social media content in the form of videos, reels, images and infographics for our clients. The content should hit and surpass the client’s KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.
Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with the client’s brand voice.

Key Requirements:

The Social Media Manager/Content Creator plays a key role on the digital team servicing our clients. This hands-on role is responsible for ideating, creating, and publishing engaging content that ensures we’re bringing our clients’ stories to life across social platforms

The key requirements for the role are:

Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy.
Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut
Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.
Ability to incorporate our clients brand voice and identity in digital content
Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms

Sample Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Maintain a strong, authentic, and effective brand tone and voice for your clients on social media.
Own the execution of our clients’ content calendars from content ideation to execution and publishing across multiple social media platforms; this includes community engagement and monitoring.
Create engaging organic social content for pre-planned, real-time, and live-coverage moments; this includes designed assets and video.
Develop digital, social, and influencer activations in support of client marketing efforts on an ongoing basis and around key brand milestones, this could include existing clients and prospective clients in a pitch scenario.
Support the execution of influencer campaigns.
Identify opportunities to grow social media impact and shift content strategies through recurring analysis of channel health and content performance KPIs.
Generate social data reports with actionable takeaways, inclusive of content performance and social listening, around key client moments.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment with a keen eye for detail and calmness under pressure.
Clearly and confidently communicate recommendations, both informally to internal team members and more formally to clients.

Necessary Qualifications

4-6 years of digital content experience, 2-3 of those specifically in social .
Unmatched enthusiasm for social media and fluency across the various platforms.
Strong creative writing and content creation skills (design, video editing.)
Proven experience with using creative tools to edit and create both video and still assets (i.e. Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut etc.).
Proven experience with social media management and reporting tools (i.e. native platforms, Sprout Social, HeyOrca, etc.).
Impeccable interpersonal communication skills.
Experience presenting creative or social ideas clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders .
Ability to shift priorities and problem-solve in a timely manner.
Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
Willingness to work, and flexibility to work nights and/or weekends as needed (i.e. social coverage of an event or as part of an “on-call” schedule).
A passion for live events, entertainment, and/or the arts; working experience in these industries (FMCG, Retail, Beauty or Pharma), agency is a must.
