Supporting the consumer insights manager in research management processes, ranging from:
Research setup, facilitating functional processes and interpretation of insights to support decision-making.
Conducting in-depth analysis to generate insights on consumer and brand health performance.
Maintenance of trackers to aid in managing and tracking multiple research projects.
Ensuring projects follow governance protocols during procurement and Contracting stages.
Driving validation of documentation inputs and project set-up for commissioned studies.
Effectively communicating regular research updates to key stakeholders.
ACCOUNTABILITIES.
Process Management.
Managing research processes from set-up to report delivery.
Ensuring all governance protocols are adhered to at all stages of the research project.
Ensuring all research inputs are promptly availed and accurately validated to reduce delay in timelines.
Data Management.
Collect, compile, and manage data from various sources.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation.
Data Analysis.
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Generate reports and status updates for internal stakeholders.
Cross functional collaboration.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across different functions to deliver on projects.
Regular communication and updates to project team and internal stakeholders.

Education / Qualifications / Experience Required
University education in Mathematics (Statistics), Business, Marketing or Finance.
Experience in managing research projects and using different research methodologies.
Familiarity with communication tools e.g. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
Exposure to research and analytical tools e.g. R, SPSS, PowerBI, Tableau.
Managing internal and external stakeholders.
