Consultant Logistics Assistant – Procurement Motor Vehicle & Motorcycle Skills Instructor

Qualifications and Expertise required
Post-graduate degree in Social Sciences, Education, Economics, Project Management, or any related field 
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant professional experience in conducting similar tasks, particularly in market assessments, tracer study, education and livelihoods related research.
Proven experience in conducting market assessments and similar skills oriented and livelihood studies in the context of Somalia, particularly in the current return areas of Somalia.
Strong experience in conceptualizing and implementing market, labour, value chains analysis and tracer studies within the context of TVET and preferably in the context of Somalia 
Experience in conducting market assessments and or other related studies in some of the return areas and other parts of Somalia
Proven knowledge and understanding of Somalia, especially in the context of TVET and livelihoods programmes.
Excellent communication and report writing skills 
Fluency in English
