Job Responsibilities
Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (site visits, cold calling, presentations etc).
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
Evaluate customers needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Research on different accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Report and provide feedback to management on sales.
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
Qualifications
Diploma in a sales and marketing course (Technical course is an added advantage).
Previous sales experience of at least 2 year, preferably in the construction industry.
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills.
Must be a driver with no less than 2 years’ experience driving with a valid class BCE license.
Must be willing to to carry out field sales.
