Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in law. 
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management is an added advantage. 
1 years’ experience in a similar role. 
Experience in HR Compliance is an added advantage.
Certificate of good conduct. 
Proficient computer literacy. 

Job Role

Work closely with the organization’s HR and legal counsel to address legal issues and provide input on legal strategy
Conduct legal research to understand the implications of new laws and regulations on HR policies and practices.
Conduct training sessions for HR staff and other employees to ensure understanding and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Participation and involvement in Disciplinary cases within the organization.
Involvement in court cases and mediations.
Stay involved in industry associations and networks to stay informed about legal trends and advocate for favorable policies.
Sourcing and receiving evidence from security department and other sources. 
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
