Community Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will play a key role in the organizational strength of our company. The scope of work will cover aspects of Office management, sales and marketing. The community officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our tenants and employees, manage the company’s events calendar and sales & marketing for our co-working space ‘’LA VILLA’’.
Responsibilities

Implementation and maintenance of office and administrative functions
Management of office landline by responding to correspondence and queries and directing incoming calls to the relevant contact person/staff.
Man the front office and ensure all visitors are aided promptly by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Management of the conference/meeting room booking system
 Assist with management of LA VILLA  tenants in relation to their office needs
Assist in planning and  Organization of Company events logistics within the allocated budget
Create  sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during events, by possessing a strong working knowledge of the company to further these sales opportunities
Making appointments and accompanying clients during visits and inspections of the LA VILLA co working space.
Actively seeking out new clients, monitoring sales  for LA VILLA and following through for target achievement
Monitoring the effectiveness  sales strategies  for LA VILLA and coming up with the changes as may be needed.
Create and update records and client databases with personnel information, and other data on Perfex
Prepare monthly reports on LA VILLA tenants database
Any other duty that might be assigned to you

Profile

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study
Knowledge of office procedures
Proven experience in a similar position 2-3 years
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Courteous and professional demeanour with strong sense of discretion
Able to effectively prioritize, multitask effectively and meet deadlines
Able to work as a team with staff under minimum or no supervision
Computer use competency (MS Office 365, CRM, Perfex, etc.) & typing speed of at least 50 WPM with a high rate of accuracy.
