Through this program, the Community Leaders will get the opportunity to deliver ADMI /DOT Kenya’s Content Creators program to content creators across Kenya with an aim to expand their skills in content creation, boost their self-confidence, and increase their income to stabilise their livelihoods.
Requirements
A young woman/man, between the ages of 20 and 30 years.
Be a university or college graduate based in Kenya.
Have above average ICT skills and Google Suite skills.
Experience and knowledge in managing or working with groups, community engagement and community mobilisation.
Good understanding of trends, innovations and challenges facing content creators.
Creative and innovative —able to develop new and unique ways to help young content creators monetise their talents.
Experience with content creation and social media marketing is a plus.
Own digital tools such as a smartphone, and have access to a computer.
