WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be managing the program’s ‘Network Level’ which engages tens of thousands of the program’s alumni across all the geographies where Forward has been launched.
In this role, your responsibilities include planning, content development, and execution of learning events and activities.
You will also maintain, grow and engage with the community of organizations who are interested in collaborating on outreach activities with Forward.
At the Network Level Community you will maintain and manage database of Forward program graduates. Create volunteering opportunities for program graduates to contribute to the program across delivery / workshop facilitation, ambassadorship, and other areas.
At broader level you will maintain and expand list of organizations (NGOs, universities, associations) that are interested in referring candidates to Forward and collaborating on outreach or other activities.
Keep organizations informed and engaged in the program and communicate critical milestones.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in a relevant role involving learning program coordination, events curation, and/or community management
Coordination and/or operational experience in a learning context (at educational institution or EdTech start-up)
Proven project coordination skills and ability to progress multiple projects simultaneously
Team-builder and collaborator; proven outstanding ability to build strong, durable networks
Strong customer service orientation and mindsetCreative thinker and agile problem solver
Attention to detail and ability to proactively assess project status and highlight issues
Excellent ownership skills and high level of drive and initiative and a true self-starter
