Communications Officer Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

Manage and enhance the company’s communication efforts through social media, newsletters, and other channels, ensuring engaging and relevant content that resonates with our audience. Provide occasional support to the reservations and sales team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and post up to 4 travel-related content pieces per week on Facebook and Instagram, utilizing a fluent, conversational tone.
Draft and distribute two quarterly newsletters targeted at direct clients and B2B partners.
Perform two major website updates annually to keep content fresh and relevant.
Manage any official company communications as required, such as updates on travel requirements, visa/health guidelines, and park fees.
Provide occasional backup support for the reservations/sales office, including handling inquiries and checking availability.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn about wildlife, nature, and travel.
Excellent command of English with the ability to write in a fluent, engaging style.
Proficient in social media platforms, including understanding of technical features and content creation tools.
Independent worker with a collaborative team spirit.
Preferably 2+ years of experience in the travel industry, travel writing, or blogging.

Preferred:

Experience in travel-related communications or content creation.
