Communication Officer – Locum

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Reporting to the Business Development and Communication Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality and efficient services in creating communication content on behalf of the organization and distribute content to promote the organization’s brand, activities, or products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop and edit communication media (posters, brochures, newsletter, updates, posts, etc.).
Prepare high-quality online and published materials to convey clear and effective messaging.
Produce quality photography, videography.
Coordinate with different team members outside of marketing team (e.g., program chairs, department managers, specialists and other staff of AKHK).
Manage multiple concurrent communications projects.
Ensure an increase in exposure and followers on social media; monitor and report content performance, engagement, and community growth to guide future targeting and planning.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Communication/ Marketing/ Multimedia or related field.
Graphic design skills and experience in desk top publishing- brochures, banners, print adverts.
Excellent design sense, with an eye for detail, an artistic background and an ability to coordinate color, imagination, and electronic messaging into different media.
Experience in SEO/SEM.
Experience in graphic design, photography and videography.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Experience in working in medical setup added advantage.
Ability to work without supervision.
