Commission-Based Sales Agents

Numida is seeking Commission-Based Sales Agents with a strong sales background, a positive work ethic, and the ability to build and maintain a strong client pipeline. The Commission-Based Sales Agents will drive sales, use reporting tools for daily updates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. They will be a key contributor to our Sales and Marketing team, understanding challenges on the ground and building Numida’s growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect New Clients: Identify and engage potential clients through various methods, including door-to-door marketing, cold calling, and referrals.
Promote Business Loans: Present and explain Numida’s loan products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
Build Relationships: Establish long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the full sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
Meet Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the internal team to stay updated on product offerings, company updates, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven sales experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated to achieve goals.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Familiarity with loan products, financial regulations, and field sales is a plus.
Experience in commission-based sales or business development is preferred.
Strong integrity to represent Numida accurately to clients.
