Source for new mall branding opportunities
Maintain the renewal schedule of all branding leases
Prepare annual mall branding plan and corresponding budgets
Prepare weekly reports of collections from the activities within the mall.
Coordinate the weekly craft market
RELATIONHIPS
Reports to Retail Marketing and Communications Manager
Job holder interacts with tenants in regards to branding.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Good organizing skills
Must have attention to detail
Excellent report writing skills
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Good appreciation of numbers.
Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
Must be a team player.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related degree
EXPERIENCE
At least two years’ experience in selling of billboards and advertising space.
