Your mission at Sistema.bio:
The Commercial Training Officer will be responsible for supporting implementation of training strategies and onboarding, of Sistema Bio direct sales agents and partner sales agents.
You’ll be in charge of:
Support Area Sales Managers in the recruitment of new direct sales agents: Work closely with the area sales managers in the respective hubs to identify and recruit new sales agents to work at Sistema.bio.
Conducting training needs assessment: Undertake a training needs assessment to identify areas for improvement and recommend relevant changes and training content.
Providing on the field coaching: Provide one-on-one support and coaching to field sales agents to support their growth.
Facilitating onboarding and training: Collaborate with the area sales managers in planning and delivering training including, in person, webinars, online courses, and self-paced e-learning programs. Onboarding new candidates and setting them up for success as Sistema.bio field sales agents and facilitating refresher training on specific frequencies.
Training monitoring and reporting: Monitor and track the implementation of the training process and report on the impact of training. Document and report on the sales agents journey from entry to exit.
Managing the training program on the Learning Management System: Add users, enroll users to courses and track sales agent e-learning progress on the LMS.
More about YOU:
Possess a bachelor’s degree in business related field or any relevant field.
You have at least 2 years work experience in training and coaching in sales and or clean energy.
You are Proficient in working with Google work space and Microsoft Office apps.
You have excellent time management and project management skills.
You are Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms (tech-savvy).
You are able to work with a multicultural team.
You demonstrate strong ethics and are very accountable,
You have excellent negotiation and Influencing skills and you are highly flexible.
