Commercial Policy & Pricing Manager (Health Systems)

Ensure the commercial pricing & policy culture is applied within the related commercial policy within META region for the assigned districts.

Your role:

Ensures price quotes for equipment & service and contracts are negotiated within the Commercial Policy guidelines
Collaborate with the healthcare commercial team to conduct thorough and timely deal pricing analysis, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
Partner with key senior stakeholders to facilitate timely decision-making and submission for complex deals requiring alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Drive adherence to Pricing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitoring and optimizing pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Work closely with Finance, Marketing and Healthcare Sales teams to deliver comprehensive pricing strategy reports for facilitating informed decision-making and strategy refinement.
Being part of META Pricing Team, acts as a linking pin between Commercial Sales Teams, Business Marketing , Finance and Operations providing insights and analytics driving consistent, correct and aligned pricing strategy.

You’re the right fit if you have :

5+ years of relevant experience as a pricing officer in B2B environment, preferably in a highly regulated industry as in healthcare.
Bachelors Degree preferably in Economics, Finance, IT or Business Management
Strong conceptual and analytical skills with high level Excel competency,
Proficient in conducting pricing analysis, adept at clear communication, highly skilled in managing time efficiently,
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
