Coffee Roaster

Key Responsibilities:
Coffee Roasting:

 Oversee roasting activities to ensure consistent, high-quality batches.
 Develop and refine roasting profiles.
 Manage inventory and operate the roaster safely.

Quality Control:

 Conduct espresso and cupping sessions.
 Maintain and improve quality control throughout the process.

Barista Training:

 Train customer baristas in coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
 Stay updated on industry trends to enhance training programs.

Operational Support:

 Assist with packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment.
 Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Sales and Customer Acquisition:

 Participate in sales efforts and customer acquisition.
 Build and maintain relationships with partners.
 Represent the company at industry events.
