They should also be familiar with ESG principles, carbon trading systems, and climate-related regulatory requirements, and be proficient in using data tools for sustainability reporting and carbon measurement.
Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills are essential, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, excellent communication skills are necessary to engage with senior management, investors, and external partners effectively.
