Client Service Representative Business Development Manager

Role Objective

Our client is looking for a dynamic client service representative is responsible for maintaining the client relationship and ultimately helps provide experience for clients. Plays the integral role in interfacing with in ensuring seamless, client match and outstanding experience. 

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment. 
Receives referrals and inquiries on the services of this company.
Offer administrative support, maintain event folders with meticulous attention.
Manage various client accounts to ensure retention, updating clients and cross selling efforts are achieved.
Assists with sales, marketing and public relations efforts.
Maintains integrity in every interaction with clients. 
Schedules and coordinates day-to-day activities. 
Liaise with a dynamic events team to streamline workflows and elevate operational efficiency.
Ability to relate to clients that is sensitive to the unique needs of the individual.
Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient way.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled. 
Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate to clients, timecard processing, where necessary. 
Performs other office coordination duties. 
Manage event details across various aspects of logistics accuracy.
Take charge of guest lists, cancellations, adjustments, and other key event logistics with ease.
Research and document venues and logistical database to ensure every event hits the perfect note.
Participate and contribute innovative, creative ideas and strategies to enhance processes and event outcomes.
Any other duties as allocated.

Job Specifications and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communication or related field.
At least 3 years’ work experience
Ms Office Suite Proficiency
