The Client Service Executive position combines relationship management, sales, and operational excellence to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, superior English communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients.
Handle all client communications professionally, including queries, complaints, and requests.
Ensure timely response to client concerns and maintain detailed communication records.
Business Development and Sales
Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling of services to existing clients and agencies.
Manage the complete client onboarding process, including contract execution and LPO acquisition.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the media agency landscape and client portfolios.
Targeted Consumer Intelligence
Project and Report Management
Coordinate with internal teams to establish and communicate report delivery schedules.
Review client briefs thoroughly and ensure data analysis teams deliver comprehensive reports.
Conduct quality assurance through careful proofreading of all client deliverables.
Financial Management
Ensure timely dispatch of monthly invoices.
Manage collections within agreed credit periods.
Obtain necessary approvals for pricing quotations and contract renewals from Business development leadership.
Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise
Maintain expert-level knowledge of all Reelanalytics products and services.
Stay current with media agency developments and account movements. Understand and communicate our competitive advantages effectively.
