We are looking for a Client Retention Specialist to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a high level of professionalism, agility, and accountability. The ideal candidate will be proactive, communicative, and results-driven, with strong retention strategies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, such as the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Proactively connect with clients via email, phone, and messaging to ensure satisfaction, identify risks, and prevent churn.
Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for client concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive experience.
Renewal Management: Own the entire renewal process, from negotiation and agreement facilitation to timely closure.
Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and ensuring continuous support.
Retention Strategy Execution: Implement and refine retention tactics to align with team KPIs and business goals.
Feedback & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and relay client feedback to improve services and processes.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Support, and Accounts teams to streamline communication and enhance client retention.
UAE Work Awareness: Operate with a deep understanding of the fast-paced work culture in the UAE, including discipline, preapprovals, and high-speed expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in client retention, renewals, or account management.
Strong corporate communication skills (email, calls, and chat support).
Intermediate financial understanding (invoicing, payment tracking, renewal terms, basic budgeting).
Quick learner with strong information retention.
High IQ, with a general understanding of the world and current events.
Respectful, obedient, and receptive to instruction and feedback.
Fluent in English, with excellent grammar and business etiquette.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills & Traits:
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
