Diploma or BA degree in business, communications and related fields.
Experience in customer services at least 3 years in a management role
Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence and negotiate at different levels
Excellent communication skills necessary for interaction and negotiation
A high degree of integrity, dependability, and confidentiality
Good planning and organizational skills
