Job Summary:
To serve as the primary point of contact for international patients seeking healthcare services at the hospital. This role ensures a seamless experience for patients by coordinating appointments, managing communication, and addressing cultural and language needsThe liaison officer works closely with medical, administrative, and support teams to deliver a world-class patient experience.
Academic & Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
Training in Customer Care.
Training in Computer Applications
Minimum of 3-5 years in a healthcare, customer service, or international relations role.
Experience in dealing with international patients or clients is highly preferred.
