Client Data Management People Associate

The Client Data Management function (CDM) is a critical, centralized operation that supports the entire field farmer facing regular operations. The CDM function ensures that all client data is accurately maintained and then executes across all districts the data management activities in support of field operations throughout the year.
In addition, the CDM function provides all major programmatic data analysis for distribution to key stakeholders. One Acre Fund currently has over 200,000 clients’ worth of data to maintain, expecting to grow to 500,000 by 2020.
Responsibilities for the Client Data Management Job
Primary Duties of the CDM People Associate (70%)
Execute and record client stitching during enrollment
On monthly basis liaise with the HR and Field Ops to maintain accurate pods in the roster
Execute on incentive calculation. Coordinate with CE, Orders and Field Ops to ensure timely calculation of incentive
Liaise with the Local government department in updating and maintenance of government data in roster
Liaise with the CDM manager and Field Ops to extract site merging / splitting data and execute the same flawlessly
Liaise with the CDM manager and Field Ops in executing on the frequent group leader updates or assignments in the roster.
Other duties (30%)
Support CDM in Zendesk case resolution during peak times (Zendesk flex #1)
Any other duties as assigned by the Client data management manager.
