The Job:
Reporting to Line Supervisor, the Clerk will be responsible for:

Reviewing and retrieving files for relevant action;
Opening files;
Photocopying file documents;
Filing of documents;
Responding to inquiries regarding specific cases;
Maintaining and updating files systematically and accurately to ensure rapid access and retrieval;
Preparation of relevant schedules;
Reconciliation of data;
Managing and organizing patient health records.
Updating Records;
Drafting correspondences;
Preparing Reports;
Raises bills for relevant action;
Control of file Movement;
Updates registers;
Preparation of Vouchers;
Capturing Data into information systems.

Job Specification/ Requirement

Minimum KCSE C- (Minus)
Certificate in relevant field.
Diploma qualification in relevant field from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
Computer Literate.
Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution
