Purpose for the Job
The job holder will be responsible for claims vetting and processing to ensure that policy guidelines are observed, as well as compliance with processes and the established SLA with respective insurance companies.
Duties and Responsiblities
Preparation and submission of binder claims to the respective underwriters.
Follow-up on payments, system updates, and reconciliation.
Insurer payment sign-off.
Exceptional claims management and client invoicing.
Management of complex claims (repudiated claims).
Stakeholder management. Respond to queries raised by underwriters, internal and external customers.
Prepare claims reports and any other reports that may be assigned.

Professional and Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
