Chinese Cook

Responsibilities for the Chinese Cook Job
Prepares and cook individual Chinese and other Oriental dishes and foods.
Plans menus.
Ensures quality of food and determine size of food proportions.
Ensures that all food is creatively and attractively presented at all times.
Work with minimal supervision.
Inspects kitchens and food service areas.
Orders supplies and equipment.
Maintains inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Organizes and manage buffets and banquets.
Manages kitchen operations
Additional duties and responsibilities related to the job may be assigned as required.
Chinese Cook Job Requirements
Relevant diploma from any Culinary School
Able to supervise and direct work flow for kitchen staff.
Undergone basic food preparation and hygiene.
One (1) years’ experience in Chinese food production.
Ability to communicate in English.
